The Benefits of drinking Coffee

Have people ever told you that you drink too much coffee? Me too, but don’t worry, because drinking coffee is actually good for you. Here are some of the benefits of drinking coffee.

1. Increases energy

Everyone knows that a cup or two of coffee gives you energy thanks to its caffeine content. This helps you maintain you’re energy levels for hours a natural way, but remember that is also really important to have a reasonable amount and not exceed.

2. Coffee contains essential nutrients

These are just a few of the essential nutrients that are found in coffee:
Riboflavin-Vitamin B2, Panthothenic Acid- Vitamin B5, Manganese and Potassium
Magnesium and Niacin- Vitamin B3.

3. Coffee is actually believed to improve lifespan

A number of studies have suggested that regular coffee drinkers live longer than those who don’t drink coffee. Even though this has been greatly disputed, it is still an ongoing study. Yet, it has been proven that coffee reduces the risk of disease, and because of that people who drink coffee regularly, are believed to live longer.

 

4. It can also help fight Depression

A study done at Harvard discovered that drinking coffee daily can decrease depression by 20% and also that 4 cups of coffee daily also reduces the risk of suicide by 53% since it the effects of coffee tends to increase mood, productivity and overall happiness.

5. Drinking coffee can protect you from Alzheimer’s

In 2014, The Alzheimers European Congress conducted a search where they discovered that drinking 3-5 cups of coffee a day can help reduce the risk of getting Alzheimer’s by 20%-60%
